Review Process
We will set up a time to view the unit, your application is reviewed, and references contacted.
Finalize the Application
Tenancy agreement will be signed, and your move in date booked.
Online Rental Application
We require a completed rental application before we will show a unit to a prospective tenant. This way we know you are serious, and if there are any issues in the initial application, we can let you know in advance, so you can address those concerns before an in person meeting.

If two people will be on the tenancy agreement, both will need to fill out an application.
Next Steps
Once your application is received, we will book a viewing time of the unit you are applying for. If you decided that you wish to rent the unit, we will then check your references and complete our screening checks.
Once you have been approved, we will meet to sign a formal tenancy agreement, and make arrangements for you to move into your new home!
Communication
We believe transparency and honest are the foundation of good communication practices. You will be emailed copies of all documents you sign, and provided with copies of all relevant information, such as strata rules and contact info.
